The One Touch Switch build provides a customer-facing switching journey that aligns with the Ofcom General Conditions and the One Touch Switch process introduced in 2024. Customers see a clean, plain-English flow that captures consent, hands off to the gaining provider, and gives a visible switch status. Internally, the journey produces a clean audit trail for compliance review. Suitable for ISPs and altnets that are gaining providers under OTS, and for aggregator brands that want a one-stop switch flow.

Is your journey actually OTS compliant?
We build to the published Ofcom One Touch Switch requirements and we keep the implementation under review as guidance evolves. Final compliance sign-off sits with the gaining provider, and we work alongside their compliance team to confirm.
Can it handle bundle switches?
Yes. Bundle switches (broadband plus voice, broadband plus TV) are supported, with the journey adapting to the specific elements of the customer's contract.
How is delivery managed?
We confirm scope, timelines and integration requirements in writing before build begins. Delivery is milestone-based. We provide a named lead, weekly written updates, and a written acceptance step at the end of each milestone.
